Bobby D first started in the food service industry at Ocean Edge Resort and Golf Club on Cape Cod and The Sea Grille on Nantucket Island, where he learned a guiding principle that would shape his future success – never compromise quality of service for any reason, especially for quick financial gain!
A native of Jamaica, Bobby D earned his stripes in some of the country’s most well respected restaurants. After coming to the United States, Bobby D entered the demanding field of the restaurant industry where he excelled from a dish washer, to Executive Chef, then to General Manager. In 2015 Bobby D started Chef Bobby D Catering LLC. Bobby D's attention to detail and pursuit of excellence has resulted in his award winning reputation for serving exceptional cuisine.
